503 errors

A minority of customers may currently be seeing 503 errors or other disruptions when trying to access their websites or Lyrical Host services. This is specifically affecting people being routed via Frankfurt, Germany, and Los Angeles, US (this can include other European and US locations even if you are outside these cities).

If you have a VPN you can connect by using a different working location to your current one by selecting London, New York, or an alternative destination. Thank you for your patience while we work on fixing this issue ASAP!
